Eligibility Criteria -
Exp -- 5 - 7 Years in Banking or Microfinanace
job Role--
RQH will be responsible for Quality role (like monthly AAC report, maintaining the staff deviation tracker Tracker, flagging PAR/OD), Product role (content development, training MIS collation etc.), and business support role (business related MIS, handling special projects etc.
Job Description----
PAR Tracking
1. Weekly tracking of PAR documentation
2. Publish summary of adherence to SCoPE and Gamma branches
3. System OD Correction
Audit Grade
1. Publish summary of LUC, OD follow up, My Tool on weekly basis
2. Close AAC and SCN hearing within timelines
3. Visit of SCoPE branches and facilitate curing
Cash Management
1. Monitoring DSC handover process at branches
2. Oversee cash reconciliation of branches in his respective region
Cashless Disbursement--
1. Co-ordinate with HO for resolving pending cashless related issues
Incentive issues---
1. Respond to field queries on incentive earned by them
Training---
1. Monitor RTs and ensure timely PROP and Induction
2. Custodian of all training MIS, PCSR confirmation
3. Conducting PAF
4. Budget and expense management for all trainings
Business Support--
1. MORM actionable, traction and preparing minutes of meeting
2. Q&Q Call (Tue)
3. Field Responsiveness
Special Projects 1. Regional Anchor for all the new initiatives and projects
