- Train healthcare professionals and staff on how to properly use and maintain the equipment.
- Ensure all installations, maintenance, and repairs meet the required safety and quality standards as per Vikas Meditech��s policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Complete accurate service reports, detailing work performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future services or repairs.
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, service requests, and the status of ongoing projects.
- Quickly identify and resolve problems or technical malfunctions to minimize downtime for medical devices and equipment.
- Manage and track the inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials needed for service operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments with clients, ensuring efficient time management and travel logistics.
- Provide detailed technical analysis and feedback to the management team regarding recurring issues, potential design flaws, or necessary product improvements.
- Install software upgrades and updates on medical devices when needed.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical input on product features, installations, and upgrades.</description>
