				<description>- Install, configure, and commission a wide range of medical devices and equipment at client locations.
- Conduct functional checks, calibration, and validation to ensure proper operation as per manufacturer standards.
- Provide user training and demonstrations to hospital staff and end-users.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and extend product lifecycle.
- Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Respond to service calls promptly and ensure critical medical devices are restored with minimal downtime.
- Offer on-site and remote technical assistance to customers facing operational issues.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering professional and timely support.
- Educate clients on equipment handling, safety protocols, and routine maintenance procedures.
- Maintain service logs, installation reports, calibration records, and customer feedback forms.
- Ensure documentation complies with healthcare regulatory standards and company policies.
- Prepare service reports, recommend spare parts replacement, and submit follow-ups to the service manager.
- Ensure all service activities meet medical device safety standards and industry regulations.
- Follow quality protocols, including ESD precautions, sterilization requirements, and biomedical compliance.
- Support internal audits and quality inspections related to service operations.
- Track spare parts consumption, maintain stock levels, and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, test instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
- Participate in technical training programs on new medical devices and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to R&amp;D and product teams regarding recurring issues and suggestions for product improvement.
- Contribute to building service best practices and process improvements.</description>
