Job Description - Mechanical Engineer (Rice Mill Operations)
We are seeking a proactive Mechanical Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in industrial or rice mill operations to ensure the efficient functioning of plant machinery. The role involves monitoring, inspecting, and troubleshooting mechanical equipment, diagnosing breakdowns, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, and minimizing machine downtime to ensure uninterrupted production. The candidate will coordinate with the operations team to maintain optimum machine performance, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support continuous process improvements. Applicants must possess a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and industrial machinery.
