Terms & Conditions :
| Lakshmi-Hr will charge 8.33% PA CTC for every hire till Assistant Managerial level. (One Time payment per hire) |
| For Managerial & above Rates will decide on Mutual Understandings. |
| GST will be charged as Per Govt. prevailing Rates. |
| Payments to be processed within 15 Days of joining. |
| Lakshmi-Hr will offer a Re-placement guarantee of 90 days from the date of joining of a particular hire. |
