- Record day-to-day financial transactions including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers for timely collections.
- Process supplier/vendor bills and ensure timely disbursements.
- Collaborate with warehouse and repackaging teams to reconcile stock and update inventory records.
- Track material movement and cost allocation during repackaging and distribution.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other applicable statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and coordinate with auditors or consultants during assessments.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and update cash/bank books.
- Assist in managing company cash flow and preparing cash forecasts.
- Generate profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and financial summaries for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Prepare required documentation for internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper filing of vouchers, bills, and financial documents for future reference.
- Suggest improvements in accounting systems and practices to enhance operational efficiency.
