1. Client retention
2.Managing Client relationships
3. Conceptualizing customer campaigns
4. Customer followup
5. Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible
6.Assists representatives in handling disappointed customers
7. Collect customer payments & Issue customer refunds

Experience : 2 yrs - 5 yrs of Experience in Customer handling, Client servicing can apply,
salary - 2.5 Lac -4 Lac per annum (negotiable).
Qualification - Graduation

Experience	2 - 5 Years
Salary	2 Lac 50 Thousand To 4 Lac P.A.
Industry	IT Software - ERP / CRM / EDP / MIS
Qualification	B.Com, M.B.A/PGDM
