- Supervise and allocate daily tasks to technicians, service advisors, and support staffensuring adherence to schedules and optimal bay utilization
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify skill gaps, and train or mentor staff for improved technical proficiency and customer handling
- Enforce safety protocols, promote a clean shop environment, and manage equipment upkeep to minimize downtime .
- Utilize diagnostic tools to validate technician findings and confirm that repairs meet quality expectations
- Review work orders against customer complaints, ensuring full resolution and conducting final quality audits before vehicle delivery
- Oversee parts inventory and ordering processescoordinating with parts staff, negotiating with suppliers, and preventing stockouts
- Validate parts requisitions against repair needs and warranty requirements to maintain cost efficiency and service integrity .
- Escalate and resolve complex customer concerns, ensuring transparency and prompt action to maintain satisfaction and loyalty .
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide regular vehicle status updates, manage expectations, and reinforce trust .
- Provide accurate daily and monthly reports to management, highlighting productivity trends and resource utilization .
- Ensure all service activities comply with Honda OEM standards, warranty protocols, and regulatory safety measures
- Maintain meticulous records of service orders, parts transactions, warranty activities, and regulatory documentation .
- Liaise with Service Manager, parts, sales, and finance teams to align departmental priorities and support dealership-wide initiatives
- Contribute to developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and creating service catalogs consistent with Honda standards
