- Liaise with the service, finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about automotive market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help enhance dealership services, offerings, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all necessary documents (loan agreements, insurance, registration papers) are complete and legally compliant.
- Promote customer loyalty programs and ensure consistent communication with clients for servicing reminders and renewals.
