- Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the lounge and restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of supplies and minimizing wastage.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the establishment adheres to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Vendor Relations: Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of quality goods at competitive prices.
- Marketing & Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the lounge and restaurant, attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily sales, expenses, and receipts.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring actual performance against projections.
- Financial Reporting: Generate monthly financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Payroll Management: Process employee payroll, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with tax regulations.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing queries.
- Cost Control: Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to enhance profitability.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, maintaining transparency and accountability in financial operations.
