- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
- Maintain records of company assets, utilities, and supplies; monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchases as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor contracts, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to streamline order processing, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Track and manage order execution from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timelines and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and vendors/dealers for orders, product inquiries, quotations, and support.
- Maintain updated contact lists and relationship history with all vendors and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales orders, invoices, GRNs, stock registers, and client communications.
- Prepare reports related to sales, stock movement, order tracking, and customer feedback for internal use.
- Respond to customer queries related to product availability, specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Resolve basic complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Liaise with the technical team for specifications, samples, and customized product requirements.
- Ensure that accurate product information is shared with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in planning and coordinating exhibitions, product launches, dealer meets, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain marketing collateral, catalogues, and promotional materials inventory.
- Coordinate with finance and accounts for invoice clearance, payment follow-ups, and credit management.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for management and sales executives.
- Oversee basic IT support issues and coordinate with IT service providers for system maintenance.
- Manage office facility upkeep, maintenance services, and staff welfare logistics.

Salary 1 Lac 25 Thousand To 1 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
