We are looking for a Billing Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in Duliajan, Dibrugarh. The role involves using Auto CAD for project execution and planning, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and be proficient in Auto CAD, project management, MS Excel, Strong skills in BOQ, rate analysis and have strong negotiation skills to ensure accurate billing processes. This full-time position requires the candidate to work from the office. We prefer male candidates for this role.
