- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness based on client responses.
- Attend educational fairs, seminars, or campus drives when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports with the business development manager or senior leadership.
- Recommend additional or advanced courses based on the customers learning goals.
- Promote new course launches or seasonal discounts to current students.
- Stay up-to-date with all course offerings, academic benefits, and pricing structures.
