- Identify and target new market segments (retailers, contractors, builders, architects).
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and direct clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote product lines (wall putty, emulsion paints, primers, textures, etc.) to potential buyers.
- Expand dealer/distributor network in assigned regions.
- Support existing partners with marketing materials, training, and promotional activities.
- Visit construction sites to promote product usage and build relationships with contractors and site engineers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, local promotions, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Gather feedback from clients and market to help improve product offerings and customer service.
- Coordinate with the technical team for product-related queries or complaints.
