- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain proper documentation and employee records in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and ensure timely updates in the HRMS.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and performance recognition programs.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
- Prepare regular HR reports on hiring status, employee turnover, and engagement metrics.
- Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement.
