- Operate plant machinery and equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production processes and equipment parameters to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
- Assist in carrying out batch operations according to production instructions and quality standards.
- Report any abnormalities, process deviations, or equipment malfunctions to the Supervisor/Shift Incharge.
- Follow all safety guidelines for handling chemicals, equipment, and utility systems.
- Use prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Adhere to company safety rules, MSDS instructions, and workplace safety practices.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near-misses.
- Perform routine checks of plant equipment and ensure they are functioning properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the plant area in accordance with 5S practices.
- Assist maintenance team during breakdowns by providing operational support.
- Ensure proper shutdown and startup procedures are followed.
- Handle raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods safely and correctly.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials as per guidelines.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and transferring materials to designated areas.
- Maintain accurate records of material usage as instructed.
- Support the Quality Control (QC) team in sampling and in-process inspections.
- Record operational data, logbook entries, and production details accurately.
- Ensure compliance with batch records, reporting formats, and audit requirements.
- Follow quality standards and report any quality concerns immediately.
- Coordinate with Supervisors, QC, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Provide clear handover communication to incoming shift operators.
- Support team members to achieve daily production and safety goals.;
