- Greet and welcome customers, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle sales, service bookings, or spare parts.
- Provide basic information about services, showroom timings, and ongoing offers or promotions.
- Guide walk-in customers to relevant departments such as sales, service, or finance.
- Schedule appointments for test drives, vehicle servicing, and meetings with sales or service advisors.
- Maintain and update appointment logs regularly.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges if required.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers, mails, and official correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining records, files, and documentation related to customer interaction and bookings.
- Support basic administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Collect customer feedback and share with the relevant departments to improve service quality.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through polite and helpful communication.
- Liaise with the sales, service, and parts departments to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Inform staff of appointments or visitor arrivals in a timely manner.
- Make courtesy calls for service reminders, test drive confirmations, or customer feedback.
