- Identify potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and medical retailers for surgical product sales.
- Promote the company’s surgical product range through direct sales visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, procurement managers, and distributors.
- Act as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and product training to clients and healthcare staff as needed.
- Coordinate with the internal team to process customer orders, maintain accurate records, and track deliveries.
- Ensure proper documentation for product dispatch, invoicing, and compliance with medical regulations.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence related to competitor products, pricing, and emerging trends in the surgical field.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Handle stock reconciliation, returns, and product replacements when necessary.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market activity.
- Update CRM and internal systems with customer interactions and sales pipeline status.
- Ensure all sales practices and product representations comply with healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry norms and product certifications related to surgical devices.
- Assist in organizing CME programs and product awareness campaigns.
