- Identify and approach potential customers for bottled water and water treatment solutions (residential, commercial, and industrial segments).
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Develop a thorough understanding of NEEV WATER PLANTs full product range, including bottled water, RO plants, water softeners, and industrial treatment systems.
- Conduct on-site demonstrations or presentations tailored to the clients requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
- Monitor personal performance and align with business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Address client queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare customized quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
- Ensure all sales transactions and agreements are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
