- Greet and assist customers proactively in showroom or via phone/web inquiries to understand their vehicle needs.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, including detailed walkthroughs of features and specifications; coordinate and conduct test drives.
- Manage sales pipeline, from lead generation (walk-ins, calls, referrals) to follow-ups, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Negotiate pricing, offer finance/leasing options, and finalize sales agreements, focusing on transparent and customer-friendly dealings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, using value-based selling techniques and aligning with Honda incentives and programs.
- Handle paperwork and documentation, coordinating with the finance department for loan processing, registration, insurance, and warranty contracts.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Honda vehicles, including trims, specifications, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, promotional programs, and manufacturer incentives to position Royal Riders Honda effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through empathy, follow-up communications, and post-sale support to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive buying experience and high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in showroom events, promotions, and test drive campaigns, contributing to increased customer engagement and conversion.
- Maintain CRM records, track lead-to-sale conversion rates, and update customer interactions and sales status.
- Analyze sales performance, review metrics like units sold, gross profit, and finance penetration, and report outcomes to management.
- Engage in ongoing training on Honda products, sales techniques, and CRM tools to enhance professionalism and effectiveness.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Royal Riders Hondas brand values and creating a welcoming environment.
