- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, industrial clients, and retail customers.
- Provide excellent service to retain clients and ensure repeat business.
- Develop a solid understanding of the product range, including different types of paints, coatings, solvents, and industrial chemicals.
- Explain product features, benefits, and applications clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Assist in follow-ups for pending payments or documentation.

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals set by the supervisor.
