- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for sanitary pads, baby diapers, cosmetics, and hygiene products.
- Ensure growth in primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory
- Handle and manage distributors/stockists to ensure adequate coverage and product availability.
- Regularly visit retailers, chemists, and general trade outlets to maintain strong business relationships.
- Ensure stock replenishment and timely order booking.
- Increase retail penetration by identifying and onboarding new outlets.
- Expand presence in under-served and potential markets within the territory.
- Plan and execute route plans/beat plans for maximum territory coverage.
- Ensure effective product placement and visibility at retail points.
- Implement trade schemes and promotions at the ground level.
- Coordinate with Sales Promoters or field executives to drive execution on ground.
- Support training for field staff and retail partners on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and product performance.
- Share timely updates on scheme utilization, sales performance, and territory issues.
- Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
- Ensure optimum stock levels at the distributor and retail points.
- Manage damage, returns, and scheme claim processes effectively and as per company policy.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, stockists, and channel partners.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow all company policies, pricing guidelines, and code of conduct.
- Maintain hygiene and compliance standards, especially in handling feminine and baby care products.
