- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers within the territory
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and drive sales activities within the area.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts for the region, taking into account historical data, market trends, and sales targets.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor and control expenses related to promotions, marketing, and sales activities within the territory.
- Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure optimal product distribution and sales growth.
- Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and promotional strategies to adjust sales tactics and maintain competitive advantage.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional activities, events, and campaigns tailored to the specific needs of the area.
- Address and resolve any issues related to product availability, customer complaints, or distributor concerns promptly.
