- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales or service process.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with prompt resolution.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the associates or support staff.
- Ensure team members meet performance and quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to new or underperforming staff.
- Oversee the execution of day-to-day dealership operations (sales, service, or spares).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display area or service bay.
- Monitor inventory levels of vehicles, accessories, and spare parts.
- Ensure timely documentation of invoices, service records, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with the logistics and stock departments for timely replenishment.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and service targets set by the management.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support marketing initiatives such as test drives, product demos, and promotional events.
