- Manage and maintain office systems, processes, and workflows.
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, and letters) and direct them to relevant teams.
- Input and update data into company systems or databases.
- Generate regular reports for various departments, such as sales, accounts, or marketing, as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring quick retrieval of documents.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral as required by the team.
- Assist the operations team in coordinating with clients for project updates, deliverables, or any concerns.
- Assist the finance team in invoicing, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collections.
- Ensure the correct documentation is provided for expense claims and purchase orders.
- Act as a liaison between different departments (e.g., marketing, design, accounts) to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes for key internal discussions.
- Maintain records for office supplies and ensure stock levels are sufficient.
- Assist in tracking client payments and ensure that any outstanding balances are addressed promptly.
- Assist the marketing team by gathering data and conducting basic research related to market trends, competitors, or potential clients.
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
