- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and business partners.
- Establish strategic partnerships with schools, universities, corporates, and institutions to expand the companys reach and client base.
- Set and achieve sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Collect client feedback regarding the training programs and ensure any concerns or suggestions are addressed promptly.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and a clear understanding of the training services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, meetings, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the companys market presence, including targeting new sectors such as corporate clients, individuals, and educational institutions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
