- Investigate and resolve any service or product-related issues, ensuring customer concerns are dealt with promptly and to their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and feedback using the companys CRM system.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, new launches, or seasonal offers related to vehicles, services, or accessories.
- Assist customers with understanding their billing statements for vehicle purchases, servicing, or repairs.
- Follow up with customers regarding their purchase or service experience to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Actively collect customer feedback through surveys, phone calls, or direct conversations to gauge satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
- Maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate records of services, warranties, and purchase history.
- Schedule vehicle servicing, repairs, and appointments efficiently while minimizing customer wait times.
