-Provide detailed product information, offers, and finance options to customers.
-Ensure timely communication of any delays or changes in delivery.
-Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Support in organizing customer engagement events, product launches, or showroom campaigns.
-Liaise with the sales, finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth transaction flow.
-Track customer satisfaction scores and report to the CRM / Sales Manager.
