3. Direct visitors to appropriate departments or personnel.
4. Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
5. Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff or department.
6. Handle outgoing phone calls and emails, maintaining a professional tone.
7. Take and relay messages accurately.
8. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff.
9. Manage calendars for executives and other key personnel.
10. Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure all necessary arrangements (like refreshments or equipment) are in place.
11. Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
12. Handle office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
13. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
14. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk.
15. Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.
