-Manage and guide waiters and stewards to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
-Greet guests, assist with seating, take feedback, and ensure a pleasant dining experience from start to finish.
-Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, properly set, and meet hotel presentation standards.
-Assist in taking and confirming guest orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service from the kitchen or bar.
-Support onboarding and training of new service staff to maintain the high service standards.
