- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-up.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, organizing induction sessions, and helping them settle into the company.
- Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital, including personal details, employment history, and performance appraisals.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of company HR policies and procedures.
- Track employee attendance, leave requests, and ensure proper documentation is in place for absences.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.
- Help promote a positive work environment by coordinating internal communication and team-building initiatives.
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, including cleaning, repairs, and equipment servicing.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining various office-related documents such as meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Help arrange internal meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring logistics are in place.
