-Coordinate and execute the recruitment process job postings, screening, interviews, and offer management.
-Conduct employee on boarding, induction, and documentation.
-Manage attendance, leave, and payroll data coordination with the Accounts team.
-Maintain HR documentation, employee files.
-Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, appraisal, experience, etc.).
-Assist in developing and executing employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
-Address employee queries, grievances, and assist in maintaining a positive work culture.
