- Oversee the recruitment process for all roles, including sales staff, designers, customer service representatives, and managers.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications tailored to the jewelry industry.
- Ensure effective onboarding for new employees, including orientation on company culture, policies, and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits programs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure that the company complies with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific regulations (e.g., handling precious metals and stones).
- Work closely with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business objectives, such as employee retention and succession planning.
