- Conduct research to identify new market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies in the tea industry.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to inform campaign planning and product positioning.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote the foundation's tea products.
- Organize promotional campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, and sampling events to boost consumer engagement.
- Manage social media platforms and create content to promote products and social impact initiatives.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising.
- Identify and approach potential distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers.
- Generate qualified leads and support the sales team with follow-ups and conversions.
- Establish partnerships with cafes, organic stores, and wellness brands to expand market reach.
- Work with NGOs, cooperatives, and tribal welfare organizations to amplify the foundations mission.
- Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, and point-of-sale displays.
- Ensure effective in-store branding and merchandising at retail touchpoints.
- Interact with customers to understand feedback, preferences, and areas of improvement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
- Plan and execute seasonal or thematic marketing campaigns aligned with the foundations social and environmental goals.
- Track campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives based on performance.
- Maintain records of marketing activities and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams including production, sales, and design for seamless execution of strategies.
- Highlight and promote the role of tea-growing tribal communities in the production process.
- Use storytelling and ethical branding to connect customers with the foundations social mission.
