- Present scientific information and therapeutic benefits of products to influence prescribing habits ethically and effectively.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and product detailing sessions as per company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned for the designated territory.
- Ensure effective coverage of the assigned area and maintain a consistent call frequency to all target customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the territory, including doctors, chemists, stockists, hospitals, and key institutions.
- Plan and execute daily work schedules for effective customer coverage and territory management.
- Ensure availability of company products across the territory through regular follow-ups with stockists and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key healthcare professionals.
- Provide accurate information on products, dosage, and therapeutic usage while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collect and report market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports, weekly plans, and expense statements as per company norms.
- Provide feedback to the management team on new market opportunities and customer needs.
- Ensure proper utilization of promotional materials and samples in alignment with company strategies.
- Contribute to brand-building initiatives by maintaining professional decorum and representing the company’s image positively.
- Adhere to company policies, code of conduct, and all relevant pharmaceutical marketing regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
- Promote products responsibly, following all ethical and legal promotional guidelines.
