- Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory records for sound systems, audio components, and related equipment.
- Assist in coordinating product deliveries with suppliers and customers.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking administrative assistance.
- Assist in preparing basic reports, presentations, and documents for meetings or project discussions.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales reports, tracking customer feedback, or assisting with scheduling client meetings.
- Assist in organizing events such as product demonstrations, workshops, or exhibitions related to sound systems and audio technology.
- Track office supply levels and help reorder office supplies or equipment when necessary.
