-Plan, schedule, and execute civil construction projects from initiation to handover
-Prepare project execution plans, work schedules, and resource plans
-Ensure adherence to approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
-Site Management
-Oversee daily site activities and monitor progress
-Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors
-Resolve on-site technical and execution-related issues
-Cost & Budget Control
-Prepare and monitor project budgets
-Control costs and minimize variations and rework
-Verify contractor bills and certify running account (RA) bills
