- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth in the tea packaging sector.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the companys tea packaging products and ensure that all team members are well-versed in product features and benefits to effectively present to customers.
- Track and analyze regional sales performance, generating regular reports and forecasts for senior management on progress against goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, whether through direct sales or partnerships, to expand the companys footprint in the region.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with key customers while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure alignment between sales goals and product availability, as well as to assist in the creation of promotional materials.
- Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to promote products and network with potential clients.
- Gather feedback from customers and the market to relay to product development teams for future improvements or innovations in the companys tea packaging solutions.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in the tea packaging industry.
