- Provide administrative support to the sales team by assisting with day-to-day activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling client inquiries.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Coordinate with internal departments (such as production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to queries, providing product information, and addressing concerns.
- Assist in generating and maintaining sales reports, tracking progress against targets, and compiling performance metrics.
- Assist in the qualification and tracking of sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure stock levels align with sales demands and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional activities, events, and campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth after-sales support.
- Provide logistical and operational support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and information to perform their roles effectively.
- Enter sales data, client information, and communications into the CRM system for accurate tracking and analysis.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and distributors to ensure smooth product availability and distribution.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding proposals, pricing, and contract details.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for sales-related documents, contracts, and correspondence for easy retrieval.
- Support the onboarding process for new sales team members by providing them with the necessary resources and training materials.
