- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for assigned product categories.
- Drive primary and secondary sales by ensuring consistent product availability and visibility.
- Develop and manage a strong network of retailers, wholesalers, and distributors within the assigned territory.
- Regularly visit trade partners to collect orders, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships.
- Execute in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale displays to enhance brand visibility.
- Educate trade partners and customers about new product launches, pricing, and offers.
- Efficiently plan daily routes to cover maximum outlets and ensure coverage of the entire territory.
- Conduct field visits as per the beat plan and maintain detailed records of daily activities.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock at the distributor and retail level.
- Coordinate with the supply chain/logistics team for smooth product delivery and order fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Collect feedback from retailers and customers to support product development and strategy planning.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, visit logs, and customer feedback through CRM or designated formats.
- Maintain updated records of orders, collections, returns, and stock levels.
- Work closely with area sales managers, marketing teams, and supply chain personnel to align sales strategies and execution.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training programs, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with trade partners to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, pricing structures, and ethical selling practices.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines applicable to FMCG sales.
