1. Respond to customer inquiries regarding bicycle products, specifications, pricing, and promotions via phone, email, or in-store visits.
2. Assist customers in selecting the appropriate bicycles based on their needs (e.g., road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes).
3. Provide product recommendations and upsell accessories (e.g., helmets, locks, gear) to enhance the customer’s experience.
4. Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery or in-store pickup.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the company’s bicycle range, including new models, features, specifications, and benefits.
6. Conduct in-house product demonstrations for customers to help them understand the features and benefits of different bicycle models.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to provide relevant and accurate advice to customers.
8. Handle the full sales cycle, from receiving orders to processing payments and arranging delivery or pick-up.
9. Track and follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and addressing any issues that arise during the order process.
10. Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure product availability and manage stock levels.
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
12. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
13. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
14. Ensure that all bicycles are in excellent condition before being displayed or sold, reporting any maintenance needs or defects.
15. Assist customers with bicycle assembly or adjustments where needed, ensuring that bikes are properly set up for a safe and comfortable ride.
16. Assist in stock monitoring and ordering, ensuring the shop is stocked with popular bicycle models and accessories.
