1. Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the solar power, DG generators, and pre-fabrication sectors.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company, consistently driving revenue growth across all product categories.
4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product portfolio, including solar power systems, DG generators, and Tata pre-fabrication solutions, to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.
5. Provide technical consultations and expert advice to customers on the most suitable solutions for their requirements.
6. Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring that agreements align with company objectives and profit margins.
7. Follow up with leads and inquiries, keeping track of sales opportunities through the company’s CRM system and ensuring timely responses.
8. Regularly meet with clients to understand their evolving needs, offer solutions, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
9. Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and diversification.
10. Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and customer seminars to generate awareness and attract new leads.
11. Educate potential customers on the benefits and value of solar power systems, DG generators, and pre-fabricated solutions, including cost savings, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
12. Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
13. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product launches.
14. Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new technologies, and sales techniques.
