- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by promoting and selling medical treatments, products, and services to hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and individual customers.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned sales quotas within the territory or market segment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including healthcare professionals, administrators, and purchasing departments.
- Stay informed about the company€™s medical treatments, products, and services, ensuring thorough knowledge of their benefits, features, and usage.
- Educate healthcare providers and other potential clients on the advantages of the treatments and how they meet specific patient needs.
- Research and identify potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and individual practitioners, within the designated region or territory.
- Present and demonstrate medical treatments and services to potential clients, tailoring the presentation to address their specific requirements and concerns.
- Generate new leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and attending healthcare events, conferences, and seminars.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of medical treatments and products to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order status in CRM systems or other sales tracking tools.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale by addressing any concerns or issues that arise regarding the medical treatment or product.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Work closely with marketing, technical support, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.
- Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines related to the sale and promotion of medical treatments and products.
