- Assist customers in understanding the various modular kitchen designs and home furnishing products available, providing information on features, benefits, and customization options.
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company€™s modular kitchen designs, home furnishing products, and materials, such as wood, countertops, and hardware.
- Support senior sales executives in preparing quotations, orders, and proposals for customers.
- Identify and generate leads by engaging with potential customers, including individuals, interior designers, contractors, and real estate professionals.
- Follow up with leads and prospects via phone, email, or in-person visits to keep them engaged and move them through the sales process.
- Conduct basic product presentations to customers, explaining the features and benefits of various modular kitchen and home furnishing solutions.
- Assist with order processing, including the preparation of sales orders, delivery scheduling, and installation coordination.
- Provide ongoing customer service by addressing post-sales issues, following up on installations, and resolving any concerns related to products or services.
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in the modular kitchen and home furnishing industry.
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional activities, such as product demonstrations, sales events, or exhibitions, to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Assist in preparing regular sales reports, documenting the number of leads generated, sales conversions, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the sales, design, and installation teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and that the sales process is seamless.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
