- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Khai Sua Foods' product offerings, focusing on both retail and wholesale markets.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales, including digital marketing, print advertising, and in-store promotions.
- Coordinate the launch of new products, ensuring the effective communication of product benefits, positioning, and features to the target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and analyze sales performance, prepare reports for senior management, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and interact with customers to increase brand presence and customer loyalty.
- Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and flyers that align with brand messaging and promotional activities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and discount strategies to increase product visibility and drive short-term sales growth.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase Khai Sua Foods€™ products and expand the customer base.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals, ensuring all efforts are cohesive and effective in reaching target customers.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are executed within budget constraints and deliver optimal ROI.
- Gather customer feedback and monitor market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements or new product development.
