- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance against targets, adjusting approaches as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain Vikas Galaxys products and services to prospective clients.
- Provide clients with detailed information, benefits, and pricing to guide them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends to ensure Vikas Galaxy maintains a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Ensure customers needs are met post-sale by providing support with product installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance when necessary.
- Develop relationships with high-value or key accounts to secure long-term, repeat business.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking progress at every stage.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to close deals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Gather customer feedback on products and services and share this information with the product development or management teams.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, including pricing, promotional offers, and sales techniques.
- Ensure all customer data is updated and maintained in the CRM system for accurate reporting and follow-up.
