- Identify potential B2B and B2C clients such as retailers, wholesalers, restaurants, and catering services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and support to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Present and promote eco-friendly tableware (plates, spoons, bowls, etc.) to prospective customers.
- Educate clients on the benefits of sustainable alternatives to plastic and other non-biodegradable materials.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to ensure individual and team targets are achieved.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, and market feedback.
- Generate regular sales reports and present them to the Sales Manager or relevant department.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, eco expos, and local sustainability events.
- Network with potential partners and gather leads during such events.
- Manage and expand sales in assigned regions or territories.
- Coordinate with the marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
