Candidates must be a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive / Business Development Representative to join a growing furniture and interior solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients and inbound enquiries, understanding customer preferences, and converting leads into successful sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customers and inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website enquiries
Understand customer requirements, lifestyle preferences, and design expectations
Present furniture collections, materials, finishes, and customization options effectively
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to achieve successful conversions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and interior designers
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions
Coordinate with design and production teams regarding quotations, timelines, and order updates
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or retail sales
Experience in furniture, interiors, or luxury retail will be an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand design concepts and explain them clearly to clients
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or lead management systems
Self-motivated, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
Fluency in English and Assamese/Hindi preferred
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
