Monitor and manage the sales funnel from inquiry to delivery to ensure high conversion rates.
Maximize revenue through cross-selling of accessories, extended warranty, finance, and insurance.
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales consultants and executives.
Set individual and team sales goals, ensuring alignment with dealership objectives.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Foster a performance-driven culture focused on customer satisfaction and sales excellence.
Ensure an exceptional buying experience for every customer.
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet customers, and key accounts.
Drive customer retention initiatives and referral programs to boost repeat business.
Oversee the complete sales process including lead generation, test drives, booking, and delivery.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with OEM and dealership policies.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, service, and accessories teams for smooth delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of fast-moving models.
Track daily sales activities, bookings, deliveries, and pipeline.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and present performance reports to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Implement corrective actions to achieve sales objectives and increase profitability.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and roadshows.
Support digital lead generation and ensure timely follow-up by the team.
Identify potential business opportunities with corporate clients, fleet owners, and government bodies.
Enhance the dealerships visibility and brand reputation in the market.
Ensure adherence to OEM guidelines, dealership SOPs, and RTO/government regulations.
Maintain showroom display standards and branding in line with company norms.
Support audits, compliance checks, and training requirements as needed.
Ensure ethical selling practices and uphold the dealerships reputation.
