- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Product Knowledge and Consultation: Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding product specifications, applications, and performance benefits, ensuring a deep understanding of the company's offerings.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, track sales performance against targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales department€™s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimizing sales campaigns and marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.
